1. Enter your Shipping and billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card or bank statement. If
the name and address does not match what the credit card company has on file, your order will not be
processed. A valid telephone number is required on all orders.
2. Orders will only be shipped to the address on the credit card. Once we are satisfied the transaction is
legitimate the order will be processed. Customers entering invalid information will be reported to the credit

All sales are for private, non-commerical, use only. We do not wholesale. Orders over $300.00 must be
approved by the sales department.
New customers ordering dvds for the first time have a limit of (1) dvd on their first order. We will not
process orders from new customers with more than one dvd until they have received and verified the dvd
plays on their player. We use DVD-R discs. It is the customer's responsibility to know what types of dvds
their players will play. The Nubian Network makes no guarantee that dvds are re-recordable. Please make
sure that your computer or DVD player has the latest firmware updates. The Dvd's that we use are the
latest technology available and may not play in older Dvd players, Dvd players that have not had their
firmware updated or older computers. Refunds and replacements are not available for anyone using
out-dated equipment. The latest technology is a must have to order from this site. If a customer has a
question, email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing the order.
We do not send out catalogs, please no emails or phone inquiries about catalogs.

All items will be shipped promptly when the order is received and has been completely verified.
Orders shipped within the United States are shipped by USPS Priority mail with a signature confirmation.
Customers are provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Visit site: www.usps.com
to track packages. (Allow 3-7 days for delivery). We encourage customers to order more than one item, to
save on the shipping cost. Customers ordering chess sets will have an additional shipping cost applied due
to the weight of the item, special packaging and insurance. Additional shipping options are posted on the
ordering page. Customers may purchase insurance for their package at an additional cost. Prices include
shipping and handling.
U.S. Customers may purchase insurance for their package at an additional cost. Please select Priority mail
signature confirmation (INSURED) as the shipping option. The Nubian Network is not responsible for lost,
stolen or damaged packages that are uninsured.

International Orders are shipped USPS Airmail and customers are provided with a customs number and an
estimated time of delivery. We encourage customers to order more than one item to save on the shipping.
Additional shipping options are posted on the ordering page. Customers ordering chess sets will have an
additional shipping cost applied due to the weight of the item, special packaging and insurance. Prices
include shipping and handling. Additional shipping cost may apply to some countries. Any additional cost
arising from charges from country's customs is the customer's responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse any international order we are unable to verify
through our credit card processing service. International customers who's credit card does not support
address verification will be required to send proof of address before order is processed.

Orders placed in the State of Maryland are charged 5% Maryland Sales Tax.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Take the time to view your order for errors. View the
total cost before submitting your order. Cancellations must be sent to email@example.com
If a customer receives an order they state was cancelled the package should be refused. The Nubian
Network posts the return address on all packages sent. Customers signing, accepting, and opening a
package for an order they state was cancelled cannot be returned. No refund will be granted.
Refund And Replacement Policy
The Nubian Network does not grant refunds! Replacements only for VIDEOS and DVD's of the same title
and format. Items can only be replaced if defective. No refunds for travel bags. We will replace Travel bags
with the same item, only if defective. No refund or replacement for clothing, jewelry or body care products.
No refund for chess sets, we will replace with the same item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
No merchandise will be accepted for replacement without a return merchandise authorization number via an
email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers may also call. The phone number is listed in the
shopping cart on the info page. Contact phone number is also listed on the videos and dvds. Packages
returned without authorization will be returned to the sender.
1. Customers must report problems with their order within 48hrs of receiving/delivery of their package. NO
EXCUSES OR EXCEPTIONS!
2. Items must be returned within 5 business days or postmarked within 5 days of submitting a request.
3. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped.
4. Damaged, soiled, scratched or missing products will not be accepted.
5. Travel bags must still have the tags attached and in the plastic wrap.
6. Chess sets must be returned in the same box with all the pieces and packaging.
7. Returns not received within 5 business days or postmarked by the 5th business day will be considered
closed and the request satisfied.
8. The U.S. Post office is open on Saturday and it is considered and counted as a business day.
9. U.S. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for all returns and will be charged $8.10 to reship.
10.International customers will be charged $13.95 plus weight to reship via express mail.
11. Customers must purchase delivery confirmation as proof that the package was shipped back to The

Specials and Free Gift Promotions
The Nubian Network free gift promotions and specials are not a part of your order. DO NOT ORDER THE
PROMOTIONAL FREEBIE! FREE SELECTIONS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REPLACEABLE.
1. To participate in the free gift promotions and specials, you must have a valid email address. Customers
will be emailed with instructions on how to claim their free gift immediately after the order is placed.
2. Customers should respond to firstname.lastname@example.org only, about the promotional freebie!
3. An email address is required when placing an order to receive instructions or informational updates.
4. If there is no response from the customer to claim their free gift before the order is shipped, the right to
select a free gift of your choice is forfeited.
5. Customers who do not give valid email addresses will not be entitled to free gift promotions or specials.
6. We reserve the right to refuse or deny free gifts to customers that have not complied with the rules to
claim their free gifts.
