DR. THEOPHILE OBENGA
HISTORIAN, EDUCATOR, AUTHOR
Dr. Obenga is one of the great Afrikan scholars in the world. He hails from the Republic
of the Congo. As a young man, he worked with Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop. Dr. Obenga
speaks at least 10 different languages and brought to the forefront of the world the
significant relationships between the civilizations of Central Afrika & East Afrika. Many
of his works have been translated from French.
